The SACC season opens with a two-day visit by the Oslo Aliens on Saturday and Sunday 27/28 April.
Then on Wednesday 1 May Chantilly CC will visit us!

As we progress towards the summer the Club will be progressively modifying its closing times.
From 1 May the club will stay open until 9 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday.
The Bar and Restaurant will, as usual, close 15 minutes before the Club's closing time.

The winners of Tuesday's tournament (23/4) in East/West were Nicole (Devaux) and Jean-Paul (Ruzé) with a massive score of 66.25% and in North/South with an excellent score of 58.75% Jane (Brooks) and Yves (Delserieys). Second in NS were Jean (Pal) and Nicole (Doyle) with 53.33% and in EW - Richard and Leon with 50.42% and, on their heels, Claude and Dougie and also Marie-Claire and Catherine (Boyer) with exactly 50%. From Saturday 27 April Junior Football Training will be a 9:30 on Saturday mornings until the end of the season.
The 2024 edition of the Queen's Cup Open Squash Tournament will be held on Saturday 8 June at the Club after a long break.
The tournament features some of the region's top players and some of our own. The play starts in the morning, with a final sometime in the late afternoon or early evening.
Come and watch our players take on the best!
The basketball court/tennis wall renovation is now complete, at a total investment cost of €15K
- New fence and gate installed last week
- New court surface and drainage completed earlier in the winter.
We are delighted to see some of our younger members taking advantage of this already.

The AGM will be held in the Club on 16th June 2024 with a video-conference option also available. Voting will be held after the meeting via the electronic platform.
A draft MC agenda was sent out in April. The updated version in the main article reflects refinements since then, and includes the Motions put forward by the Management Committee. The supporting materials behind these Motions is included in the Draft Management Committee presentation entitled 20240616_Management Team_AGM_FINAL.pdf.
Football Youtuber Seb.OleFOOT has posted a 20-minute video of his visit to the Club on 10 March, when he was welcomed by Laurent Brault and Gerald Strouts, and took part in a match against the Kerala Tuskers, which we won!

Due to the lack of participants, we must cancel the adult and teenagers (over 10) Taekwondo one-hour lesson on Saturdays at 12:30 pm.
Of course, our “regular” one-hour lesson is still held at 1:30 pm every Saturday.

All the newly prepared flower beds around the tennis courts have been given a final layer of wood chippings to keep the weeds down. 600 bulbs have been planted ready to pop up in the Spring. 11 red roses have been purchased and are ready to plant immediately by the gardening team. The work was financed 50% by Anke’s collection. Thank you to Linda, Jane and Christiane.

Girish Dharmapurikar stepped down as Junior Cricket Coach in June 2023. Andrew Macintyre returned temporarily and will be replaced by existing junior parent Adhavan Manoranjan. Thanks to Grisih for the past 3 and a half years and to Andrew for stepping up during his well-earned retirement.
